President, Combined Insurance
Mr. Goulding is responsible for management and growth of Combined Insurance. Prior to assuming this role in 2017, he served as Regional President for Chubb Life, Asia Pacific. Working primarily in Asia, he started with the company in Hong Kong and was responsible managing Chubb’s life insurance operations in Asia Pacific. Goulding reports to Ed Clancy, EVP Chubb Group, Global Accident & Health and Life.
President, Worksite Solutions
Mr. Martin joined Combined Insurance in June 2011 bringing with him nearly 20 years of experience in management and development of worksite-style businesses including 17 years with Trustmark, a life and health insurer and employee benefits provider. In addition to his extensive experience, Mr. Martin holds a bachelor’s of economics from Yale University and a master’s of management in marketing and organization behavior from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Senior Vice President, Chief Agency Officer
Mr. Abercrombie has more than 30 years of experience with Combined Insurance. Beginning his career as a sales agent, he quickly moved into various leadership positions and progressed into building sales teams in Ohio, Texas, and throughout the western U.S. In 2007, Mr. Abercrombie was named Director, National Strategy and then SVP, East National Sales Manager. In August of 2012, he was promoted to SVP for the South/SE zone, a position he held until being promoted into his current position as SVP, Chief Agency Officer. In this role, Mr. Abercrombie is responsible for U.S. sales strategy, talent management, and market development and growth.
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Anderson is responsible for the end-to-end leadership of the company’s Finance function. He joined Combined Insurance in 2014, and previously held the role of Controller. Mr. Anderson has 30 years of professional accounting and finance experience at a major accounting firm, where he led the delivery of audit and tax services to several large insurance organizations.
Vice President, Marketing
Mr. Wells is responsible for sales growth and business development through product development, digital advertising, social media, sales campaigns and other marketing initiatives. He has more than 25 years of experience in product and marketing in the healthcare, insurance and human capital industries. Most recently, he led national sales and marketing platforms in employer markets for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association as Executive Director of Program Management and Marketing.
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Demos joined Combined Insurance in 2001 bringing with him more than 30 years of project management, governance, business analysis and systems development experience in information technology with Aon CSG, CNA, Ameritech and Amoco/BP. In his current role, Mr. Demos is responsible for governance and controls, systems stabilization and management and the customer and agent self-service system.
Senior Vice President of Claims, Senior Advisor to Chubb’s Multicultural Business Roundtable
Mr. Orama is responsible for the end-to-end leadership of the company’s Claims function in the United States and Canada, with a focus on claims service as a competitive advantage, talent management, setting policy strategies and driving a targeted operating model through process automation and analytics. He spent 33 years at Combined Insurance’s parent company—Chubb, where he held various positions across the Claims organization and in Latin American markets.
Ms. Siddiqui is responsible for all legal and compliance matters for Combined Insurance. She joined the legal department of Chubb Life Insurance Company of Canada in 2012, providing legal and regulatory counsel to Chubb Life and the Canadian branch of Combined Insurance. A member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the New York State bar, Ms. Siddiqui has almost 20 years of progressive responsibility in the financial services sector with a concentration in the life, accident and health insurance industry, both in her prior roles with a prominent Canadian life insurance company and a multinational special risk carrier.
Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary
Alex joined Combined, Actuary team as a Senior Vice President & Deputy Chief Actuary in April, 2016, focused on reserving, data analytics, financial actuarial results, and support of Actuarial Targeted Operating Model project. In January 2017 Alex was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Actuary. Prior to joining Combined Insurance, Mr. Faynberg had progressive career paths at Liberty Mutual, AIG and New York Life.
Jaede Barg assumed the role of Chief Underwriter in 2018, responsible for the growth in the marketplace through sound underwriting analysis and planning. He has been with Combined and Chubb for 16 years. At Combined Insurance, he has had oversight to their Select Programs portfolio, which has seen year-over-year profitable growth. He has also had leadership for Chubb’s A&H Ancillary Benefits, and Health Risk Management and Group Accident.
Global Operations and IT Officer at Chubb
Eileen has more than twenty years of diverse experience in operations management within the insurance industry and has been recognized for her strength in building and improving performance within teams and individuals who have direct customer interface. She is a proven leader in developing and managing cross-organizational relationships while working in fast-paced environments.
SVP, HR for Combined Insurance
Frank began his career at Chubb almost 30 years ago and has held various operations management and support roles within the business. He has spent the last 17 years in Human Resources in various HR Business Partner roles, supporting Chubb’s Field Operations, the Commercial Insurance and Personal Insurance businesses, and Global Corporate groups. He is a trusted advisor and employee advocate who has a reputation for being collaborative, pragmatic, and engaged with the businesses he supports. He is known for being a strong people leader and well-networked within the Chubb HR community.
