Managers may be responsible for hiring sales agents as well as overseeing developmental programs to help agents achieve success.
We help companies offer supplemental insurance products as part of an optional benefits program. Worksite Solutions professionals consult with companies, helping deliver these products without adding to company cost or administrative overhead.
As a Worksite Solutions professional you use your strong sales, negotiation and communications skills to engage in customer prospecting and building relationships.
While Combined Insurance sales professionals may be our front line, our corporate professionals also contribute to our customer satisfaction and sales force success.
